Continuous Strip Washer System

In co-operation with other equipment suppliers, we offer Continuous Strip Systems that are high quality multi-stage cleaning systems for processing continuous strip substrate materials.

The process materials can be in coiled or sheet form. Mild steel or aluminum sheet metal is thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to application of paint or other coatings.

A pre-wired electrical control system is included with every Continuous Strip System. A NEMA 12 enclosure is used to house NEMA or IEC electrical components including the main disconnect switch. The door mounted push buttons, indicating lights and temperature controls are also included. We can also provide special electrical controls such as programmable logic control (PLC) systems including programming and documentation.

Approaching each project as a partnership, the goal of our Engineering Staff is to share the customer’s vision to produce the best Continuous Strip System process-cleaning solution for the application.

Other equipment such as pneumatic door operation, oil removal, filtration, blow off, and chemical controls are also available.

Each Continuous Strip System is tested for performance in function, accuracy, safety systems, and temperature.

Our Technical Service Department provides international support for ALL makes and models of thermal and clean processing equipment.

The Continuous Strip System will carry an 18-month extended manufacturer’s warranty from the date of shipment.

Continuous Strip System Features include:

  • NEMA 12 control panel uses Allen Bradley components.
  • Solution tanks are welded water tight and dye-checked after assembly to assure no leakage.
  • Large capacity solution tanks have sloped bottoms for easy discharge for cleaning.
  • Stainless steel debris screens between the main solution tank and the pump intake to prevent motor damage.
  • Large hinged canopy access doors allow for easy cleaning of washer interior and solution tank.
  • Solution pumps are vertical discharge type allowing easy removal for maintenance without draining tank.
  • The low-level water shutdown probe inside solution tank prevents damage occurring to pump motor.
  • Electrical Supply Voltage is available from 208 to 690 Volt AC, 50 and 60 HZ to satisfy a wide range of electrical outputs.
  • Emergency Stop Buttons are located at both entrance and exit vestibules immediately stopping conveyor belt.
  • The High Efficiency Vapor Exhaust System removes all airborne moisture at both entrance and exit vestibules.
