I wanted to share some feedback regarding the recent washer installation in Vietnam. As you know I’ve been involved in several washer installations spanning multiple decades and this installation set a new standard for perfection. ITS Shanghai assembled and shipped the machine within the advertised delivery, Installation and assembly was completed in 2 weeks and start up was uneventful. Overall fabrication quality is excellent. The attention to detail for fabrication and assembly is very apparent. Start up and commissioning was uneventful, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Support from ITS was excellent.
Feedback I have from the plant for operation is very positive. Their production volume came up to normal levels within a few weeks of startup. To date there have been no washer related can quality issues. Nice job!

Overview

The Can Washer cleans and prepares the interior and exterior surface of the cans.

The multiple stage Can Washers clean the interior and exterior surfaces of cans in the beverage and food can industries.

Recover and reuse precious chemical resources with our exclusive patented Belt Vacuum System.

The Can Washer has removable roof panels to access the entire length of the washer interior thus reducing maintenance time and cost.

Our spray risers feature patented quarter-turn quick disconnects and full-length guide rails for easy maintenance and operator safety.

Patented ¼ turn quick disconnect riser.
Removable roof design allows complete access to the interior.
Lift off access door design for operator safety.
Single point height adjustment for hold down conveyors, blow offs, and vacuum transfer.
Patented belt vacuum system to reclaim chemicals and reduce water consumption.

ANSI Horizontal Pumps.
Modular skid for supporting pumps, heat exchangers, and filters.
Dual removable pump inlet screens.
Plate and frame heat exchangers.
A multiple zone vacuum can transfer system on the can washer exit.

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Electronic can jam sensors, level sensors, flow control, and synchronized conveyor speed control.
Either hot water or steam boiler is optional.
