We are pleased to share with you the news effective August 27, 2013, International Thermal Systems acquired the business assets of Continental Equipment Corporation, a distinguished engineering and manufacturing company producing industrial parts washers and ice builder systems in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Our acquisition of Continental Equipment Corporation brings us one-step closer to that goal.” states John Zea, President of International Thermal Systems. The Ice Builder equipment serving the Dairy and Food & Beverage Market is a major addition to our product line.”
