International Thermal Systems manufactures industrial conveyor ovens for high production baking facilities. Our ovens are used to bake pitas, tortillas, pretzels, flat breads and more. The ovens are constructed of 304 stainless steel interior and 304 stainless steel exterior, reinforced with structural steel for years of trouble-free service. They are heated with one or multiple zones of control above and below the conveyor belt for optimum / controllable heating and browning of the bread. The ovens utilize several types of stainless steel conveyor systems matched to the product being processed. The controls are designed to offer precise temperature control in each zone.

The ovens are constructed of 304 stainless steel interior and 304 stainless steel exterior, reinforced with structural steel for years of trouble-free service. The controls are designed to offer precise temperature control.

Bakery Oven Features include:
- 304 stainless steel interior and 304 stainless steel exterior, reinforced with structural steel as required for years of trouble-free service. The oven body will be insulated with 3″ of semi-rigid, 8 pound density insulation for low thermal conductivity.
- Heat loss can be minimized by keeping the entrance and exit openings as small as possible and a non-insulated adjustable close-off will be provided.
- Insulated access doors can be provided on each side of the oven for maintenance access.
- The oven can be equipped with a gravity exhaust. A damper will allow the exhaust rate to be adjusted to maintain optimum efficiency.
Note: Significant amounts of moisture may be removed during the cooking process. ITS can provide optional exhaust fan(s) to remove the moisture from the oven. - The oven will be heated above and below the conveyor belt for optimum heating and browning.
- The oven can use multiple types of conveyance.
