The Trim Thermal Degreaser Oven is designed to evaporate cutting oils from the excess trim generated during the battery grid expanding process. The equipment will eliminate any lead splashing from boiling moisture that can commonly occur, when reintroducing the strip to the lead pot.

Overview
The Trim Thermal Degreaser evaporates cutting oils. The vapor degreaser prepares the part surface for finishing with solvents in vapor form to cleanse the part.
The Trim Thermal Degreaser Oven is designed to evaporate cutting oils from the excess trim generated during the battery grid expanding process. The equipment will eliminate any lead splashing from boiling moisture that can commonly occur, when reintroducing the strip to the lead pot.
Access door on the side of the oven and access plug on the roof of the oven.
Instruments and controls mounted in a completely enclosed, pre-wired enclosure; exhaust system is included.
Standard controls, guards and safety mechanisms are included.
