IBO Internal Bake Oven


The Internal Bake Oven will complete the cure on the over varnish, ink, and inside coating on aluminum or steel cans.


To promote can stability during the curing process, the IBO applies a proprietary airflow control pattern directed above and below the tin line.

Accommodating the various heights of the cans, we offer an automated or manually adjusted supply duct configuration.

Our proprietary supply nozzle design achieves uniform vertical down airflow.

The synthetic conveyor belt helps maintain temperature uniformity and reduce energy consumption.
