The Monorail Washer is a universal system serving a wide variety of OEM manufacturing applications. It is designed for mass production utilizing an overhead trolley monorail or power and free conveyor.
Applications for a monorail washer include general parts cleaning and surface preparation for primary or finish coatings.
All equipment is designed to the specific application. System designs include units from one stage to as many as nine stage units.
Standard features of the monorail parts washer include quick disconnects on all spray pipes, clip on nozzles, marine type tank clean out doors, automatic tank liquid level controls, housing access doors, tank extensions with access doors, overflow and tank drain connections, pump protection screens, washer housing exhaust fans, and sloped tank bottoms.
Equipment construction can include carbon steel or stainless steel tanks and housings. Spray piping can be furnished in black iron, stainless steel PVC or CPVC materials. Vertical process spray pumps used in these systems are supplied in all iron, stainless fitted or all stainless steel depending on the type of solutions used for the application.
While the natural gas combustion heating system is common, LPG, electric hot water or steam are also available.
A pre-wired electrical control system is included with every monorail parts washer system. A NEMA 12 enclosure is used to house NEMA or IEC electrical components including the main disconnect switch. The door mounted push buttons, indicating lights and temperature controls are also included. We can also provide special electrical controls such as programmable logic control (PLC) systems including programming and documentation.
Optional equipment such as oil removal, filtration, blow-off, and chemical controls are also available.
