ITS launches the Customer Support Services Division

ITS is pleased to announce the newly reorganized Services division; Customer Support Services.

The Customer Support Services division, led by General Manager Vince Hebein, who recently joined the ITS team. The division provides equipment and replacement parts support for ITS equipment and the equipment of other manufacturers.

“Our customers want a wing-to-wing partnership that begins with customized equipment and continues through the life cycle of their investment. We’ve strengthened our capabilities to align with our customer needs in providing valued solutions through a team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering a great experience,” explains Vince.

ITS Global Customer Support Services team members provide friendly and responsive customer services, OEM replacement parts, and a wide range of services including: equipment installation, relocation, retrofits and repairs, audits, preventive maintenance, start-up, and training for operators. We recently launched an online parts store for easy ordering of replacement and spare parts.

ITS Customer Support Services is dedicated to customer satisfaction and helping to maximize the efficiency of equipment throughout the life of the machine. We leverage our cross-functional global teams in support of our customer requirements and is why we’re looked at as an industry leader.

“Industrial Ovens and furnaces from ITS are built to last and we have many applications where the oven has been in operation for over 25 years. It is important for our team to assist with maintenance and replacement parts to keep that machine running at its maximum performance levels,” explains Vince. In 2015. ITS purchased the Continental Equipment Corporation and we service all existing Continental washers and ITS aqueous washers as well.

The Customer Support Services team is proactive in the approach to service by offering inspections, audits, preventative maintenance contracts and spare parts kits to ensure production time is not lost.
