Customer Service Specialist – the Customer Service Specialist provides the best possible customer satisfaction to the organization’s customers by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and problems, processing orders, preparing services orders, tracking bids, and resolving billing issues, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Quality Control Field Service Technician – the Quality Control Field Service Technician will test heat-processing equipment in-house to assure that the equipment meets ITS quality expectations and customer specifications in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The technician will provide competent, timely service, scheduled, or as requested, for all makes and models of thermal processing equipment.
