Sophisticated Plate Stacker System

The Plate Stacker AP2000 offers sophisticated cutting edge technology and heavy-duty design to assure many years of trouble-free service.

Efficiently engineered with heavy-duty industrial construction, the Plate Stacker AP2000 is designed for medium to high cycle battery plate applications.

The AP2000 is designed to handle parted panels or continuous plates.

The System incorporates an adjustable Stack Height from 4” to 6” (100mm to 152mm).

The AP2000 operates with variable speeds from 65 FPM to 164 FPM.

Strategic guarding and ancillary redundant protective mechanisms are installed which provide added confidence in operator safety.

The AP2000 is shipped world-wide economically as completely assembled units are easily fit inside a 20’0″ (6.1 meter) long sea container.

Plate Stacker AP2000 Features include:
